StayinFront CRM Tablet leverages Microsoft's “pen-perfect” technology to extend the power of StayinFront CRM to mobile business professionals, providing a more efficient and effective method of data organization, data input and data retrieval. It provides an optimal experience for users operating a Tablet PC.

The StayinFront CRM Tablet application has been designed in accordance with Microsoft® Tablet PC Design Guidelines that provide seamless integration of pen, ink and handwriting recognition. It provides the most intuitive and natural user experience available today.

Features

StayinFront CRM Tablet includes the following unique features:
  • Portrait Aware - this function automatically adjusts the screen and application layout
    when a Tablet PC is used in portrait mode.
  • Pen aware search fields - allows search values to be input directly with the pen;
    records in the system can be easily located by writing a few letters into a search field.
  • "Factoid" Aware Data Entry - ensures that pen input is intelligently interpreted
    depending on the kind of field; for example: when writing directly into the pop-up data
    entry window for a field, first names are recognized differently from street names and
    e-mail addresses are easily recognized because of the '@' symbol.

  • Gesture Navigation - allows users to easily navigate around the application using the
    pen; for example: you can quickly scroll through a list by flicking the pen up or down.
  • Ink Note Taking - enables diagrams to be stored along side recognized handwriting;
    notes can be stored as a drawing or converted to text and notes fields can be
    expanded to make maximum use of the available screen space.

    • Note dictation - allows users to verbally dictate directly into notes fields.
    • Signature capture - enables handwritten signatures to be attached to records in the system.

    Some of the tools provided by StayinFront CRM Tablet include:

  • Dashboards - configurable "home screens" that bring together in one place; critical customer information, calendars, messages and key performance analysis information.
  • View Bar - organizes information for the quickest possible access to key information and allows users to work in a “process-centric” manner. “Views” can link to dashboards, search functionality, navigation grids and calendars.
  • Segments - using wizards, non-technical users can create powerful queries without having to understand databases or query languages.
  • Buckets - provides the ability to quickly create lists of customers for use in campaigns, reports and mail merges.
  • Quick Reports - create your own reports by simply pulling in the data you want to see and presenting it with grouping, sorting and totals.
  • Calendar - "drag and drop" customer contacts directly into the calendar to create meetings and then synchronize with Outlook or Notes.
  • Mail Merge - create and link your own mail merge templates and quickly generate mail merges for one or many customers.

    StayinFront CRM Tablet is an application that takes full advantage of the Tablet PC operating system. It provides ultra-slim, lightweight accessibility with the features of a full-sized notebook computer without the need for large flat surface areas, cabling or awkward sharing of the screen display. It has the ability to capture the natural simplicity of pen and paper, along with the capacity to store, process and distribute complex data requirements.
