StayinFront HealthCheck is a daily or weekly service that analyzes, validates and corrects industry standardization items within your data, including the standardization of name formats, salutations, case corrections, validation of newly added addresses and flagging of potential duplicate customer records based on industry and US Postal Service business rules and databases. StayinFront utilizes DataFluxTM data profiling and data quality tools to check and correct standard data items in the database.
- Standardization of name formats
- Standardization of phone and email addresses

StayinFront DrCheck
StayinFront DrCheck is a unique service that will validate license numbers and augment the physician record with additional critical physician information including:
- State License Numbers (SLN)
- Medical Education (ME) Number
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Number
- Group Practice information
StayinFront DrCheck will validate doctor information against StayinFront’s HealthBase on a scheduled or on-demand basis. Timeliness is critical to success. Licenses must be validated in a timely manner to be valuable to a sales force.
StayinFront DrCheck is a nightly process to ensure that new licenses or modifications to licenses are updated in the database, validated and ready for use within 48 hours.
