Face-to-Face (Classroom) Training
Face-to-face training, also known as classroom
style training, involves students sitting in a classroom with a live trainer
and facilitators. Face-to-face training is critical because it provides unlimited
access to an expert instructor and opportunities for interaction with other
participants.
Our trainers possess a blend of education, computer knowledge, business experience and teaching skills, enabling them to motivate and teach users in the most effective manner. Facilitators act as aides for the trainer, continuously walking around the classroom, assisting users who might fall behind, and providing one-on-one guidance for exercise sessions. This team approach allows the trainer to work with limited interruptions, allowing for a successful outcome for all users.
Distance Training
This type of instruction is most commonly used for add-on or refresher training.
It allows users to be trained on a topic from the comfort of their own office
or home.
Distance training at StayinFront takes place through Instructor-led WebEx Training and Self-paced Computer Based Training.

The WebEx tool also allows users to ask questions,
take quizzes, participate in polls and perform other interactive functions.
Users can be electronically sent to training computers at StayinFront's home
office to practice what they've learned on a training database. This ensures
no one is manipulating his or her live data.
