Newest Release of StayinFront CRM for Life Sciences Delivers a Single Mobile Device System for Reps and Managers

The new release enables field users to do more, know more and sell more. Managers have mobile access to critical information, data and resources which simplifies their workday and maximizes their impact while working with reps in the field. Using TouchRx, managers can access their sales reps’ territories, analytics and reports. They can also view their sales rep’s calendar, track call activities, streamline Time Off Territory requests and execute field coaching reports.
Field representatives are more empowered with the ability to view and track key information and progress against their Plan of Action (POA) with dashboards and KPIs. Geo-mapping and access to more detailed contact information for better targeting along with enhanced calendar features improve the rep’s ability to more effectively manage and sell in their territories. This release also includes leading two-way calendar integration for the Apple iPad, allowing reps to better manage and plan their time by eliminating the need to toggle between systems to see all scheduled appointments.
